At Ventex, we stand behind the quality of the parts we provide. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and not installed or fitted to a vehicle

Be in the same condition you received them

Be returned in their original packaging

Include proof of purchase (such as your order number)
If a product has been used, installed, or altered, we may be unable to accept the return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at contact@ventexauto.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

Clear instructions on how and where to send your item
Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive:

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or made-to-order products

Personal care items

Perishable goods
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest method is to:

Request a return for the original item

Place a new order once your return has been approved
This ensures the fastest processing time.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover return delivery if the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied by us

VENTEX Clutches Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to all products sold under the VENTEX Clutches brand by Ventex Clutches Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights under UK law.
1. 24-Month Manufacturer Warranty
All VENTEX Clutches products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies where:

The product has been professionally installed by a qualified technician
-
The product has been used under normal road driving conditions
-
The product has been installed on a vehicle that meets the stated fitment criteria
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising from the manufacturing process.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ventex Clutches Ltd will, at its discretion:

Provide a replacement product, or
-
Issue a refund of the original purchase price
Refunds or replacements will not exceed the original purchase value of the product.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (including friction material wear)
-
Incorrect installation or improper handling
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
-
Overheating due to improper bedding-in procedures
-
Off-road, track, racing, competition, or drifting use
-
Vehicles exceeding the stated torque or power limits
-
Installation on vehicles not matching the advertised fitment criteria
-
Modification of the clutch / part assembly
-
Contamination from oil leaks or other vehicle faults
-
Labour costs for installation or removal
-
Diagnostic time or workshop charges
-
Recovery or towing costs
-
Loss of earnings or vehicle downtime
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Nothing in this policy excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
4. Professional Installation Requirement
All VENTEX Clutches products must be installed by a qualified and appropriately trained automotive professional.
To validate a warranty claim, we may request:

Proof of professional installation

Installation invoice
-
Garage or installer details
The installer may be contacted during the warranty assessment process.
Failure to provide evidence of professional installation may invalidate the warranty.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

Contact us at contact@ventexauto.com with your order number and full details of the issue.

Provide clear photographs or videos if requested.
-
Return the product for inspection if authorised.
Products must not be returned without prior written authorisation.
Returned products will be inspected and, where necessary, assessed by the manufacturer.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. If confirmed, reasonable standard return postage costs will be reimbursed.
6. Bedding-In & Installation Responsibility
Proper clutch bedding-in procedures must be followed after installation.
Failure to follow recommended bedding-in procedures may result in premature wear and will not be covered under warranty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

The vehicle is mechanically sound
-
There are no oil leaks
-
The flywheel is correctly resurfaced or replaced where required
-
Torque specifications are followed
7. Fitment & Vehicle Limitation
This warranty applies only:

To the original purchaser
-
To the first vehicle in which the product is installed
-
Where the vehicle matches the advertised fitment specification
The warranty is non-transferable and will cease if ownership of the product or vehicle changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Ventex Clutches Ltd’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product supplied.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Any liability that cannot be legally excluded under UK law
