At VENTEX Clutches, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and securely so you receive your parts as soon as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an overseas order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:30pm (Sunday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 5:30pm will be dispatched on the next dispatch day.

Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or UK bank holidays.

Please note that during peak periods, dispatch times may occasionally vary.

Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most UK deliveries, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically 1 working day after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on Royal Mail service levels and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Free UK shipping is provided on all standard orders unless otherwise stated.

Any alternative delivery options or surcharges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery directly with Royal Mail.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a carrier enquiry.
